US State Department announced that it has rejected the request of an anti-Iran group for being removed from terrorists list.According to AFP, Richard Boucher said: placing this group in the list of terrorist organization is a sign of rejecting their request. Sometimes ago, a US federal judge ordered State Department to give the group another chance of defense.

Boucher said: the group presented its documents and we reviewed them. But we decided to put the group on the list. He added that this group has the record of terrorist and anti-western attacks. He said that supported takeover of US embassy in Iraq in 1979. He said: "the fact that they are fighting with Islamic government of Iran has no effect in the case. Foreign Minister and Attorney General of Australia, in a joint press statement, called MKO a terrorist organization.

According to this statement all properties of this group frozen and supporting this group, in any form, is banned. This move has been conducted according to the anti-terrorist resolution 1373 of UN Security council.
